  • Cancel online or in person and you won't be billed for the next period.
  • Intro prices are for new customers only. After 3 months your plan renews at the regular price.

  • No refunds for partial or unused months. Rates may increase with at least 30 days' notice posted at the site.
  • Each plan covers one vehicle, identified by its license plate.

Keep your plate readable

These can slow down or stop the camera from reading your plate:

  • Plate framesLarge frames can hide parts of letters and turn a B into an R.
  • Mud, dirt or snowWe'll still clean the car, but the camera may not read the plate.
  • Tinted coversCovers that darken the letters make the plate harder to read.

01How do I use my membership?

Pull into the members-only lane. Cameras scan your license plate and match it to your plan in seconds, so you drive straight through.

02Can I use my plan at other locations?

Yes. Your plan works at Prospect, Torrington and Waterbury.

03Can I use one plan on more than one car?

No. Each plan covers one vehicle, identified by its plate, and we link a photo of your car to it. Add family cars to a monthly plan for $28/mo each, up to 4. During your first 3 months, each family car costs the same as your plan's intro price, never more than $28. Dealer plates aren't eligible.

04When am I billed?

On the day you sign up, then the same date every month. Annual plans are billed once a year.

05How long does the intro price last?

3 months. After that your card on file is charged the regular price for your plan.

06What if I only want the intro deal?

That's fine. Cancel online or in person before your next billing date and you won't be charged again.

07How do I update my account?

Use Manage my plan to change your card, switch plans or add a car.
