These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Platinum Car Wash & Oil (“we,” “us,” or “our”) text message program and website. By opting in to our text messages or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Text Message Program

Program description

Platinum Car Wash & Oil operates a recurring text message program that may include promotional offers and announcements, appointment and service reminders, account, order, and membership alerts, and customer service replies.

How to join

You can opt in by texting our published keyword to our number, by submitting a signup form online or at one of our locations, or by otherwise providing express written consent to receive text messages at the mobile number you give us. By opting in, you confirm that you are the subscriber or customary user of that number and that you are at least 18 years old.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message at any time to end the program. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages after that. You may also contact us using the information below. If you opt out and later wish to rejoin, simply sign up again.

Carriers and delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier and device and is not guaranteed. We are not responsible for charges from your wireless carrier resulting from your participation.

Changes to your number

You agree to notify us if you change or give up the mobile number you enrolled, so that messages are not sent to someone who has not consented to receive them.

2. Privacy

Information you provide is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

3. Offers, Promotions, and Memberships

  • Offers sent by text are valid only for the period stated in the message and may not be combined with other offers unless expressly stated.
  • Offers are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may be limited to one per customer, vehicle, or visit.
  • Services and offers vary by location; not every service is available at every location.
  • Membership plans are governed by the separate membership agreement you accept at signup. Where those terms conflict with these Terms, the membership agreement controls for membership matters.
  • We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any offer or promotion at any time.

4. Website Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use automated means to scrape or collect data from it. All content on the website, including our name, logos, text, and images, is owned by us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Connecticut.
